"HEY! VODKA" is the 12th track of the album "TAIYO".
This is the commercial song for Suntry's "Ice Vodka".
"WOKKA" is a pun. It means vodka, but at the same time it means "yokka".
The sentence "Anokoto nomunara ah shi yokka" is translated into
"Will I do that when I drink with that girl?"
Similar to this, "Konokoto nomunara koh shi WOKKA (yokka)" means
"Will I do this when I drink with this girl?", etc.
